Meet Calendar

The IAP Meet Calendar for coach supported meets for each term is available on the ‘Squad Timetable’ section of TeamApp.  IAP swimmers are strongly encouraged to participate in these meets. 

Championship events

IAP competes in the below Swimming Victoria championship events. To enter in these events, swimmers are required to achieve qualifying times set by Swimming Victoria within the specified qualifying period, at Swimming Victoria approved qualifying meets. ·       Victorian Open Championships

·       Victorian Age Championships

·       Victorian Open Short Course Championships

·       Victorian Age Short Course Championships

·       Victorian Sprint Championships

·       Victorian Open Water Championships

·       Metro Long Course Championships

Our qualifying swimmers also compete in the Australian Age Championships (April).  In addition to the above Championship events, IAP also compete at:

·       Metro SC Competition

·       Metro Optus Junior Dolphins Competition

·       Victorian Qualifying & Long Distance Meet

·       Metro All Junior Competition

We also compete at select encouragement and qualifying meets held by the Metro North District or other clubs throughout the season. Information about these meets are available on the Swimming Victoria Club Events website: https://vic.swimming.org.au/events

IAP swimmers are encouraged to participate in the coach supported meets (see above, timetable available on TeamApp) and may enter in other meets if they wish, however, will not have coach and club support on the day. If you do decide to enter in meets outside of our Meet Calendar, please let the Head Coach know so we are aware of your training requirements.
